This contract covers exclusively any sale of products through the website www.vesalius.gr of the company named VESALIUS SA– ORTHOPEDIC AND PROSTHETIC REHABILITATION OF HUMAN LIMBS S.A. based in Thessaloniki, 4 Klenthous street. Any deviations from this contract must by VESALIUS in writing. Any other Terms and Conditions are expressly excluded. Any user who enters and uses the services of the online store is deemed to consent and unconditionally accept the terms set forth here, without any exception. If a user does not agree with these terms, they must refrain from using the online store and from any transaction with it. Sending your order implies acceptance of this Contract and all its terms.
Orders / Contract
Orders must be received in writing via the internet by completing and sending the relevant Order Form available on the website www.vesalius.gr.
Your order is considered received by VESALIUS from the moment you receive a relevant update of the order status by e-mail with the indication “Processing”. Other updates on the status of the order appear on the user’s screen and are sent by e-mail to the electronic contact address that the user has registered. During the processing of each registered order, the stock availability of the products you ordered is also confirmed. In the event that the availability or delivery time differs from that stated on the product page, a relevant update will be received. Your order is considered binding when the order status shows “Shipped”.
You must check the Order Confirmation and notify VESALIUS immediately (no longer than 2 hours from the time you receive an electronic notification marked “Processing”) in writing of any error, otherwise the information mentioned in the Order Confirmation will apply to this Contract.
Before sending the Order Form, you were informed about the following details:
- The various product offers are valid while stocks last. In case of low/limited availability of stock of a product that is on offer, VESALIUS reserves the reasonable right to carry out the relevant orders based on the satisfaction of as many customers as possible, i.e., orders registered by different/separate users.
- VESALIUS strives to provide you high quality services every day. The company, in good faith, is not responsible and is not bound for any errors regarding features, photos, and prices of products listed on the website vesalius.grand cannot ensure that there will be no errors for any reason during the introduction and/or updating of features and/or price of a product.
- Within the context of good faith and for your own protection, if you find that a product is offered at an unusually low or high price in relation to its market value, please contact 2310233723 or send an e-mail to info@vesalius.gr before proceeding with the order.
- The data entered in any form of the VESALIUS website (vesalius.gr) can be used for promotional actions, provided you agree to this.
Payment methods
The VESALIUS company offers you the option of paying for your order in one of the following ways:
Α) Pick up and payment at the physical store.
You can place your order online, pick it up and pay for it at our physical store in Thessaloniki, 4 Kleanthous street (Ippokrateio Hospital area) without any additional financial burden.
Β) Pay on delivery.
Pay on delivery (cash only) is made to the employee upon receipt of your order. Cash on delivery is charged with 5 € for the whole of Greece.
C) By deposit to the company’s bank account.
In the event that a deposit is made to a bank account, you must state your order number and optionally your full name as a reason for your deposit.
After you have deposited the money to the bank account, you can inform us about your deposit by phone at tel. number 2310233723 or by sending the proof of deposit by e-mail to nfo@vesalius.gr to complete your order.

D) By charging your credit card.
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order on the fill date. All necessary measures have been taken in our system for the security of your credit card transactions. Your transactions are protected by top online security systems that guarantee a secure transaction environment. All information related to your transactions and your personal data are safe and confidential, as in all EFG Bank services. Delivery/Ownership/Risk
The company VESALIUS due to the particularity of a large portion of the products it trades (fragile, heavy or bulky) places great emphasis not just on the shipment of the goods, but also on their SAFE shipment.
Having the above as a basic criterion, it has proceeded to the conclusion of the best agreements in terms of purchase, with the corresponding courier or carriers for your best, most economical, and safest service throughout Greece, Cyprus and abroad.
Thus, three shipping methods are possible (depending on the products):
- By carrier.
- By courier.
- In store.
The delivery time stated in Order Confirmation is approximate. VESALIUS will make every effort to ship he products to you within the working days indicated as the delivery time on each product on the website. For products whose availability is “MADE TO ORDER”, the delivery time is approximately 5 – 20 working days (Monday to Friday), provided that they can be ordered from VESALIUS suppliers. In any case, the customer service department will contact you in order to inform you about the possible availability of the product and its exact time of delivery. There is also the possibility of partial delivery.
The place of delivery is indicated in the Order Confirmation.
Ownership of the Product is transferred upon full payment and risk is transferred upon delivery.
Warranty
All customers of www.vesalius.gr benefit from the manufacturer’s warranty of the products they supply to www.vesalius.gr.
Defects or flaws due to misuse or mishandling of the goods, as well as wear caused by normal use of the product, are not covered by this warranty. Any reduction of operation of the product, due to its design limitation, is also excluded from this warranty.

Force majeure
VESALIUS shall not be liable for delays in execution (including delivery) due to circumstances beyond VESALIUS’ fault or due to force majeure and shall be entitled to an extension of time for execution. Examples include strikes, acts of terrorism, war, problems related to suppliers / transport / production, currency fluctuation, governmental or legislative acts and natural disasters. If such incidents last for more than 2 months, this Contract may be terminated by either party without compensation.
Your obligations as a Customer
You are responsible for:
- The choice of your product and its suitability for your purposes.
- Telephone and postal costs for contacting VESALIUS, if there are any.
Returns are accepted provided that:
- You contacted our online store on the same day or the next working day.
- The products are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e., without having been unsealed or tampered with.
- The product is accompanied by an invoice.
If you wish to return the products you purchased from our online store, you should notify us by phone at 2310233723 or by e-mail at info@vesalius.gr with the subject “Order Return Request” stating the date/number of the purchase document as well the reason for the return within the above deadline. Provided that you receive a written return authorization from VESALIUS, the address to which the products to be returned must be sent is: VESALIUS SA – 4 Kleanthous street, 54642, Thessaloniki.
In order to avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging, in order to identify any obvious defects (e.g., broken goods, etc.). In the event that you find a defect, you must contact our online store immediately after delivery on the same day or the next working day at 2310233723 or by e-mail at info@vesalius.gr.
The provisions of the civil code apply to dealing with defects or lack of agreed properties in the sold items. For a property to be considered contracted, in must be certified as such in writing by both parties.
In the event of a return of the products and depending on the way you chose to pay for your order and the way in which they will be returned, your refund will be completed within 30 days from the day we receive the products. The refund can be made by crediting the account you will communicate to VESALIUS.
This Contract does not affect any consumer rights provided by law.
Modification of the terms hereof
VESALIUS reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. The amendment or renewal will be effective from the moment this text is updated regarding any change.
Miscellaneous
If any part of this Contract is found invalid or unenforceable by court order, the remainder of the Contract will continue in effect.
VESALIUS may enter into an agreement to delegate its obligations to a suitable third party. Otherwise, neither party shall be entitled to assign or transfer its rights or obligations. All notices must be in writing (by hand, e-mail, fax or letter via first class post, which will be deemed delivered 48 hours after posting).
Applicable Law – Jurisdiction
This Contract shall be governed by European and Greek Law, in particular the legislation regulating matters relating to electronic commerce, distance sales and consumer protection, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki.
