Payment methods
The VESALIUS company offers you the option of paying for your order in one of the following ways:
Α) Pick up and payment at the physical store.
You can place your order online, pick it up and pay for it at our physical store in Thessaloniki, 4 Kleanthous street (Ippokrateio Hospital area) without any additional financial burden.
Β) Pay on delivery.
Pay on delivery (cash only) is made to the employee upon receipt of your order. Cash on delivery is charged with 5 € for the whole of Greece.
C) By deposit to the company’s bank account.
In the event that a deposit is made to a bank account, you must state your order number and optionally your full name as a reason for your deposit.
After you have deposited the money to the bank account, you can inform us about your deposit by phone at tel. number 2310233723 or by sending the proof of deposit by e-mail to nfo@vesalius.gr to complete your order.

D) By charging your credit card.
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order on the fill date. All necessary measures have been taken in our system for the security of your credit card transactions. Your transactions are protected by top online security systems that guarantee a secure transaction environment. All information related to your transactions and your personal data are safe and confidential, as in all EFG Bank services. The data of your bank accounts or credit cards data are stored only in encrypted form on the computers and databases of Bank ALPHA BANK, without direct connection to the internet.
Delivery / Ownership / Risk
The company VESALIUS due to the particularity of a large portion of the products it trades (fragile, heavy or bulky) places great emphasis not just on the shipment of the goods, but also on their SAFE shipment.
Having the above as a basic criterion, it has proceeded to the conclusion of the best agreements in terms of purchase, with the corresponding courier or carriers for your best, most economical, and safest service throughout Greece, Cyprus and abroad.
Thus, three shipping methods are possible (depending on the products):
- By carrier.
- By courier.
- In store.
The delivery time stated in Order Confirmation is approximate. VESALIUS will make every effort to ship he products to you within the working days indicated as the delivery time on each product on the website. For products whose availability is “MADE TO ORDER”, the delivery time is approximately 5 – 20 working days (Monday to Friday), provided that they can be ordered from VESALIUS suppliers. In any case, the customer service department will contact you in order to inform you about the possible availability of the product and its exact time of delivery. There is also the possibility of partial delivery.
The place of delivery is indicated in the Order Confirmation.
Ownership of the Product is transferred upon full payment and risk is transferred upon delivery.
